One goal of many of our customers is to concentrate procurement management on a small number of system suppliers in order to free up unnecessarily tied-up time and financial resources for value-adding tasks and to optimize process costs.

Disproportionately high procurement costs for "C-parts" are caused by a high administrative effort for approval procedures, process handling and control. The costs are usually disproportionate to the benefits achieved.

The enormous variety and increasing complexity of "C-parts" cause high procurement costs, which often exceed the purchase prices. Orders for just a few euros cause process costs that are almost as high as orders for "A parts", which often cost tens of thousands of euros. The procurement of these "C-parts" requires a large number of orders for different products from numerous suppliers, and the orders have to be managed and processed mainly manually. Manual order processing is time-consuming, costly and error-prone.

The aim of reducing the number of suppliers, but above all the general organizational change in ordering processes, is to make the supply of the company faster and cheaper with less effort and to make it more secure through automated processes.
