Processing of personal data when using our website for information purposes

Contacting us

1) If you contact us by e-mail, the personal data you send us with your e-mail will be stored. We also have a contact form on our website that you can use to contact us. The data you enter in the input mask as well as your IP address and the time of sending are transmitted to us and stored. This data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will only be used to answer your questions.

2) The processing of the above personal data serves solely to process your inquiries. The processing of other personal data that arises through the use of the contact form provided on our website serves to prevent misuse and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

3) This also constitutes our legitimate interest in the processing of your personal data.

4) The data will be deleted as soon as we have finally processed your inquiries. The additional personal data collected when using the contact form will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

Use of paid services

1) If you wish to make use of the paid services offered by us, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we require for the execution of the contract and the provision of the contractually owed services. A customer account is created for this purpose. As part of the registration process, the mandatory information required for the execution of the contract is marked accordingly in the input mask. All other information is voluntary. Before submitting your data, we expressly draw your attention to our privacy policy. By submitting your data, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this privacy policy.

2) We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for registration. After submitting your data, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. Your registration is not complete until you have confirmed your registration by clicking on the link contained in this e-mail. If you do not confirm your registration, your registration and all the data you have provided will be automatically deleted from our database after seven days.

3) We process the data you provide in the registration form for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. We store your data on our server at ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We also transmit your payment data and the associated invoice data to our house bank and to PAYMILL GmbH, St.-Martin-Straße 63, 81669 Munich, Germany, for payment processing. The latter processes this data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. We may also process the contact details you provide in order to inform you about important innovations or changes to our products or about other interesting products from our portfolio. We also process your data in order to send you e-mails with technical information.

4) Due to commercial and tax law requirements, we are obliged to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. As soon as the processing of the above data is no longer required for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, we will restrict the processing after two years, whereby your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.

5) To prevent unauthorized access by third parties to your personal data, in particular financial data, the order process is encrypted using TLS technology.

Google Analytics

1) We use "Google Analytics" on our website, a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as: "Google"). Google uses cookies, i.e. small text files that are stored on your end device and enable your use of our website to be analyzed. Google (Invisible) reCAPTCHA
