Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, THS Shop GmbH, Ziegeleistr. 18-24, 75417 Mühlacker, info@ths-straub.de, Phone: +49 7041 816370, Fax: +49 7041 817283, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.ths-straub.de/Vertrag-widerrufen:_:17.html. If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) with information on the content of the notice of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall repay to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by normal post, these amount to 20 EUR. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

• Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer or which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or may perish quickly or their expiry date would be exceeded.
